Mara Zheng
Mara Zheng was a wild card within the Hong Kong Police Department. She did what she believed was right regardless of orders, often bypassing the chain of command in the heat of an operation because she trusted her own judgement above protocol. Her superiors fumed and reprimanded her, but they could never argue with her results.
She outperformed every one of her peers at the police academy, achieving the highest scores across every aspect of testing and training.
